Lesson (Lucas/Victoria)

I nod and start opening the suitcase once again. I grab a black t short out of my stuff. "Okay. I will come with you. But I have no idea what to expect. So..." I shrug and go to him "I will still be there for you." I kiss him an search for my jacket.

I grab her jacket from behind the bed and hand it to her. I kiss her again as she puts her jacket on. I entwine my fingers in hers and lead her outside. We walk for five minutes or so and arrive in a section of secluded wood. I walk to a big oak tree and there are my mother and father's graves, side by side. I kneel by them and run a hand through my hair. Victoria stands a bit behind me. To be perfectly honest, this day snuck on me. I wasn't really aware of it until I got your letter, mom, and your beating, father. I sigh. To a certain extent, I had forgotten. I had moved on. Obviously you've seen me fail in two relationships that I thought were perfect. I sigh as I start to forget Victoria's presence. I've found the right path, guys. Her name's Victoria Fields. She's a hunter. I know, you're laughing at me now, but we'll make it work. We are making it work. I smile softly. I love her, so incredibly much that it almost scares me that I'm capable of feeling so much for one person, because I don't want to mess up. I don't want to hurt her, and I won't. For some strange reason, she's chosen to be with me, and I will never let her go; I will never treat her wrong. I'm going to marry her. Not now, but in time. I know without a shadow of a doubt that I'm meant to spend the rest of my life with her. I love her. You'd like her. She's a lot like you, mom.

I listen to his words while he is talking to his parents's graves and swallow.
I try my best not to cry. Actually I am definitely not the person that cries a lot, but the things he says...
I stay back and close my eyes and concentrate on my breathing. I don't want to distract Luke by my silly emotions.
He keeps talking to them, telling them how his life is and I stay there and just listen to him, That's all I need in this moment. To listen to his voice, calmly whispering about how he feels and how his life goes. I lean against a tree and watch him. It seems as if his parents are directly in front of him, listening to his voice, like I do. And I remember my own father in that moment. And his grave in Winchester, the city he was born in. I didn't visit it since I came here. I swallow. Now I can feel the whole inside of my heart, the place where my dad belonged to. I look down and try to concentrate on Luke's words, but it doesn't work like before.

I run a hand through my hair and speak softly. She's everything to me. For whatever reason she's chosen to see past the horrific things I've done, and I'll never stop being grateful for that. I don't know what this letter thing is about; I don't know if it's some bullshit prank, but if it's real. I promise I'll find you mom. I promise. I shake my head. I'll never give up. I take a rose out of my shirt pocket and crush the rose in my hand. I scatter the petals across my mother's grave and stand. I just stare at the numbers on her grave. Too little. She shouldn't have died. It's my fault and I hate myself for it.

I clear my throat before going slowly to Luke. He stares at the grave of his mother. “Hey”, I whisper and wrap one arm around his neck, lean my forehead against his. “If that letter was... not just a joke that somebody made...I guess that means your mom is alive. That means you didn't kill her. And I will help you to find it out”, I say and smile at him softly. If this is going to make him happy, I will do it.

I look at the ground and whistle. Zeus comes running. He stops in front of me and sits dutifully. i kneel in front of him and take his collar off. I smell it. Damn it. I should've known. I close my eyes and stand and look at Victoria. Joke. Old enemy, James, did it. He's dead now, so what's done is done. I say slowly and meet Victoria's eyes. I realize that she's heard everything I said about her.

I blink a few times and look at him. "What do you mean with that Luke?" I say and meet his eyes. I am confused and shake my head. "Could you please tell me what's going on?" The sky gets darker and big grey clouds appear. I can hear a storm coming. It sounds like the sky would growl.

I look up. We have about five minutes still it starts to pour. Sergeant James Baron. His brother was in my platoon. Died in a bombing. James blamed me for it. He's been trying to screw me over ever since. Couple weeks ago he was killed my a wolf pack. That makes sense because I sent Zeus out over a month ago. I take her hand as it starts raining. No thunder or lightning occurs so I decide for us to casually walk back towards the house. We walk in the rain, my hair becoming more and more damp by the second.

It doesn't take long until our clothes are soaking wet. But we don't care. "Luke wait", I say and stop him by holding his hand. I pull him back to me. "The things you said there. Things about us. About me. They were really important to me Luke. And it makes me feel special and I can't even describe how it feels. And I have no idea to show you how much I love you", I blink against the rain drops that fall down on us and look at him. I love him so much. So incredibly much. I step closer to him and our wet clothes almost stick together and stand on my toes to be able to kiss him on his lips. I know how he feels about his family situation. And I know how hard it is when you don't have much left of it. Out kiss is long and full of passion, love and maybe even a little sadness, that comes from our past.

I wrap my arms around her waist and kiss her deeply. I press my forehead to hers. You already have shown me. I kiss her again lovingly. Victoria. I groan out against her lips. I kiss her lovingly. I pick her up and her legs automatically wrap around my waist. I kiss her lovingly and passionately. This is something from a Nicolas Sparks movie. i mean, if I knew who that was. I gently press her against a tree and kiss her neck, lovingly.

I close my eyes and moan when Luke starts kissing my neck. It's getting cold outside but we don't care about it. The only thing that matters is that we are here together and that we have feelings for each other. I kiss Luke back lovingly and gasp at his touch

Thunder claps overhead and we break apart laughing. She takes my hand and drags me through the forest back in the direction of the house . She attempts to slow down as we approach the mud caking the front lawn of the house. She slips and drags me down with her. She falls on top of me and I just laugh. I couldn't care less about having muddy clothing. All that matters is that Im with her. Tomorrow doesn't matter. My past doesn't matter. With her, it's bbliss. Nothing else matters but her.

I keep laughing while a look at us, our clothing is wet and partly muddy. But who cares? I smile down to Luke and kiss him. "Whatever", I say and bend down to him. My lips wander to his collarbone and my hands rest on his chest, feeling the cold and wet clothes that we both wear now.

I groan at her touch and smile softly. I run my hands up her back and flip us over so she's on the bottom. I kiss her lips lovingly and trail my hands down her sides. That's one thing I love about her. She doesn't care about getting her hands dirty. Her legs wrap around my waist and I stand. I support her weight effortlessly by her lower back and kick the front door open. Zeus runs in and off to his little corner of the house. I chuckle and shut the door behind him. I walk in; my lips never leaving Victoria's. I press my forehead to hers. Where? I say in referencce of where to take her. Bed, front of fire on blankets, shower, et cetera et cetera.

" I dont care", I say trying to pul his jacket off. I guess it wouldn't be a really good idea to go to the bed. I kiss his neck and take my own jacket off, throw it on the floor.

(Sorry I was distracted... I didn't realize they were already home

Just another thing I love about this woman. SHe really just doesn't care. I let her tug my shirt off over my head. I smile softly as she evidently slows things down. THis is different than the first time we slpet together. This is more romantic. THere are more feelings involved in this. She takes me by the hand and walks me over to the pile of blankets and pillows in front of the fire. She playfully pushes me down onto my back and sits on top of me, straddling my waist. I chuckle and rest my hands on her hips as she leans down to kiss me.

I can hear the fire behind us and the warmth that comes from it. Luke peels my shirt off as I smile to him. "I love you", I whisper as I kiss him once again. His hair is still wet, so mine. I gasp and close my eyes. Our breathing goes faster and my heart rate is definitely not normal anymore.

Couple hours later

I roll over off of her and let my breathing return to normal. She rests her head on my shoulder and traces circles on my chest. I love you. It's peaceful. I'm peaceful. It's a dead calm. I feel relaxed ,for once in my life.

I sigh and open my eyes. I feel relieved and maybe even a little tired. But the good way of being sleepy. "Hey, can I ask you something? How come that you are so irresistible?" I tease and kiss him again and again. "I think I want to take a shower. My hair smells like mud." I look at him. Actually I don't want to move.

I smirk and raise my eyebrows. Good genes. Plus tthe immortality adds a glow to my skin. I tease. I chuckle as she makes no move to get up and shower.I'm sorry, would you like me to carry you? Personally, I think you smell nice, but that's me. I chuckle.

"No it's fine it'll not take log I promise!" I say and jump up, run to the bathroom and close the door to take a short but really hot shower. After eight minutes I'm done and search for my underwear in the shelves that were empty before. I wear normal black underwear and my pajama shorts, and grab one of Luke's shirt that is of course big for me. I walk down and come back to Luke who is still at the same place. I smile. "Hey lonely boy. Mind if I sit next to you?"

I chuckle lightly and stand. Sure, in one second. I'll give into peer pressure. I blur upstairs and shower. I run a hand through my hair and put on underwear and athletic shorts. I forgo a shirt and blur back downstairs, plopping down next to Victoria. I smile softly and kiss her. I love you.

"I know. And that makes me feel like my life couldn't be better" I kiss him back and wrap my arms around his neck. I smile against his lips and kiss him again before looking at him.

I smile softly and wrap my arms around her waist as she looks at me. What? I ask her. She looks deep in thought.

"I was just wondering. Thinking about what might have happened if we wouldn't know each other. I have no idea how I would be. What kind of Victoria I would be, you know? And how your life would be." I look down to my hands and swallow.
