An Unexpected Turn of Events

Damon ran flat out to the destination Ravyn had suggested. It was weird how girls always knew where each other were. It was like a sixth sense they had that men lacked. Once close enough he stopped and took a causal walk.

"I love it when you're angry." He said leaning up against the wall by the door so he could look on at Rebekah. "It's when you're at your sexiest." He smirked, his eyes flicking to Bonnie. "Oh witch kidnap, fun." He said acting as if he'd just stumbled in by accident.

"Why don't we ditch brunette barbie here and go have some real fun?" He said taking a piece of her hair and twirling it around his finger. "We could carry on from the other night." He said giving her a wink.

"Nice trick for a pathetic witch." I said straightening my clothing out since she had managed to fling me into a wall. It was only three feet put still she was a fiesty bitch. "Maybe i'll just cut your heart out instead, end the Bennett line." I snarled at her.

I felt his presences before he spoke. I sped in front of him and grabbed him by the throat. "Don't play dumb with me Salvatore." I hissed at him. I flung him behind me agaisnt the back wall. He crashed into it and landed on the ground. I grabbed him by the throat, and lifted him up before he could get up. I threw him against the wall so he dropped next to the chains and vervain covered ropes.

When he landed I started tying him with the vervain ropes. I was glad that I decided to keep my leather gloves on. I chained him up, and drapped some of the ropes around his next. Before I walked away from him. "You toyed with Ravyn and you started toying with me. Now its payback time."

After being threw around a few times it took him a while to realise what she was doing. "A simple no would have done the job." He said through gritted teeth. His whole body ached from hitting the walls and it just got a whole lot worse.

"Come on Rebekah, let me go." He said wincing as the vervained ropes touched a fresh patch of skin. Maybe he could sweet talk her into freeing him. "We could dispose of the witch together. She can't attack us both with her mind mojo. I have no attachments here anymore. Look into my eyes and tell me im lying." He said looking up at her. His was as still as possible, any unnecessary movements caused him more pain.

"I never loved Ravyn, she just got in the way. ARRRR" He said wincing again as he pulled on the ropes. The ropes cutting into his burning flesh now.

I left James and walked to the tomb. I clenched my jaw when I heard Damon's words. I ignored my emotions and walked down the steps. I had a deadly smirk on my lips as I saw how Damon was chained and tied up. I walked over to him and placed a finger under his chin. I made him look at me. "Still going into things half cocked I see." I said in a deadly tone. "That looks painful." Then I turned away from him. "Rebekah are you going soft on your torturing skill, I would have added a few bear traps. And put one on a certain spot, If you know what I mean." I said in a sadistic tone.

"Rebekah let Bonnie go." I said looking at my friend who was tied to a chair. "She did nothing to you!" I sighed out loud. "If this is about the doppelganger staking you. You should stop acting so childish. Besides, Nik staked you probably more times then that human girl." I deadpanned. "Just go home, no one has to get hurt. I would hate to see Nik put another dagger into your heart."

I watched as Ravyn came down the steps. I grinned as she started toying with Damon. "Oh Ray I know exactly what you mean." I gave Damon an evil look, thinking that Ravyn had a point. I turned quickly to glare at her, when she told me to let the witch go. "No! She's friends with that bloody doppelganger." She told me that Bonnie didn't do anything. I growled at her even though she made another point about Nik staking me. I wasn't going to let the witch go until I had Elena by the throat.

James tried to remember what Ravyn had instructed him to do, standing at the entrance down the steps to the tomb. Thoughts began racing through his head: What if Bonnie was dead, what will happen to the other two if Rebekah did in fact go through with her deal. Anger seemed to flow through him, as a waterfall flows down a cliff.

James seemed to be overtaken by it, and soon walked briskly down the stairs and peeked in through the door to hear them complaining about Elena, and the original being daggered. With a rather quick step, he walked through and over the threshold to Bonnie as Rebekah appeared to be distracted talking to Ravyn.

He did not bother trying to walk quietly, being overtaken by anger seemed to do that to people; they become impulsive, act without much thought: just want to save their loved ones.

I was talking with Rebekah trying to get her to see reason, when I noticed James come into the room. I suppressed a growl because he did the one fucking thing I told him not to do. "You want Elena, I'll give her to you on a silver platter." I said pulling out my cell phone.

"She'll be here soon Rebekah. I told her Bonnie's in danger and that her brother will be next if she doesn't show." I said in a malicious tone. Praying that she'd be too angry to notice James.

Katherine, quiet in the woods as usual, was holding her phone in her hands...playing Angry Birds. The hype was high, but the entertainment was high. Kat could definitely handle spending an eternity in an abyss if it meant she got to play angry birds...ya know...and blood and sex. Suddenly, she received a pop-up. It was a text. "ARE YOU FUCKING ME?! LEVEL 23 WAS RIGHT THERE IN MY GRASP." She moaned, angrily. When she read the message, she rolled her eyes. Ravyn doesn't get Katherine yet? She's not even heard stories about her stubborness? Eh, maybe eventually it'll score her some Stefan points...so why not.

Katherine sped down to the tomb where she saw some human dude. Then a perfect idea popped into her head. She could pull her hair back and swap clothes with him! Say that her and Stefan made up or whatever? It'd be perfect.

Katherine snuck up on the guy, and quickly found his pressure point spot, put pressure on it and caught him before he fell to the ground. She pulled him to a corner and stole his top and bottom, leaving him in an under shirt and boxers. She would apologize...but she didn't care enough to.

She came back to the front of the tomb and put her bracelet in her pocket, that protected her from the sun. She was in guys clothing, without protection from the sun. Just your typical Friday night. "Ravyn? Are...you here?" She asked in her Elena voice, echoing in the tomb.

I nodded my head at Ravyn and didn't say anything. I wasn't paying attention to my surroundings I was just blinded by hate. "Shall we torture Damon while we wait?" I said grabbing a stake and driving it into his shoulder.

I kept my face neutral as possible as she handed me the stake she just removed from his shoulder. I smirked at her evilly and grabbed the stake. I turned and faced Damon. I mouthed the word sorry to him as I jabbed the stake into his abdomen. She took the stake from me and went to stab him with it again. I kept myself from sighing in relief as I heard Katerina's voice echo throughout the tomb. "Elena, I'm towards the back." I said loud enough for her to hear me. Hopefully everything would go as planned, I just hope Rebekah doesn't notice James.

Damons shouts filled the room as the first stake went through his shoulder. A piercing pain unlike no other and he thought the vervain was bad. This had to be 10 times worse if not more. After seeing Ravyns appologises he closed his eyes and braced himself for the pain. This time he'd managed to stiffle his cries a little by biting his lip.

"No Elena, get out of here!" He said through the pain. He wasn't sat here like this for her to just stroll in and get herself killed anyway. "You lay on finger on her Rebekah and i swear, i will personally stake you myself." He growled doing his best to sound intimidating through the pain and the sudden weakness that hit him.

I smirked as Ravyn staked Damon in the abdomen. I was just about to stake him again when I heard Elena speak. Ravyn responded to her and Damon told her to run. "You are in no postion to make threads, little boy." I hissed at him. "I'll do more then place a finger on her." I said completely sadistically.

"Elena" stepped into the tomb, ignoring Damon's response. She peered in, as Elena would, and looked around. "Where are you guys? What's going on in there?"

I heard her speak and I sped off to her. "Hello Elena nice of you to make it!" I quickly grabbed her and sped her in front of Damon. "See Damon, I'm touching her." I smirked him.

While everyone was busy she saw James come out of an entrance in the cave she glared at him and mouthed to him to leave. Then sh heard Elena and was tempted to send Ray flying into wall. Bitch. she thought angrily.

He smiled. "Little boy? As i recall it you are the only little girl around here. You're like a little doll, desperate for attention. A doll just waiting to be played with and i definitely played you. You have no idea how easy it was to win you over." He smirked. "I played you and then dumped you like the dog you are." He laughed.

"You're pathetic." He spat. "I'll be doing you a favour when i kill you."

James continued to be filled by anger as he saw Bonnie mouth something like 'get out of here', although he did not want to listen. His only priority seemed to be to get her to safety, and after that then he would begin listening again.

He fiddled with the ropes to try and get them free, being human, the vervain did not seem to have any effect upon his skin. Not bothering to be silent, his feet kept scuttling across the floor of the tomb trying to get the ropes free.

I smirked maliciously at Damon. "You're going to regret that Damon." I growled at him. "Elena dear why are you wearing men's clothes?" I gave her enough time to answer the question. And before Damon could say anything. I placed both hands on the side of Elena's head. I made the movement easily as a sickening crack echoed through out the tomb. I snapped her neck and let her body fall to the ground with a thud.

"Well...not that it's particularly any of your concern, crazy psychotic she devil swank mama skanky wack nagger..but me and Stefan were kinda in the middle of making up." She lied.

Katherine...is knocked out by that bitch Rebekah.

James was messing with the knots and as soon as he go them off she threw her arms around his neck and kissed him. She mouthed to him 'What the hell!' the she lightly smacked him. 'You shouldn't be here.'

Then she looked over at Rebekah and saw her twist Elena's neck. She made a small scream then quickly covered her mouth. She had tears in her eyes but all she could was say "Run!" to James and her and him took off toward the entrance.

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" Damon couldn't even remember shouting. He had Elena's death replaying over and over again in his mind. She couldn't be dead. She couldn't. He roared, this time being aware or everything but his pain as he tried to break free of the ropes and chains.

She needed him, she wasn't dead. She was just waiting for him that's all. But even that wasn't enough to stop the tears that threatened to fall down his face. After a few seconds of fighting the chains and he'd given up. All he could do now was look at her lifeless body in shock.

As the ropes fell, James could feel Bonnie's arms wrap around his neck as he felt her lips touch his, she had then mouthed something to him and then was slapped. 'I don't care, you can scold me later!' he whispered back, a little louder then usual before making their way to the door of the tomb. He did not appear to be very upset about Elena's death, but it could have just been the circumstance.

I quickly turned around when I heard Bonnie scream and then tell someone to run. Damon let out a blood curtling scream when I killed Elena. I saw Bonnie and her boyfriend and I growled loudly and lunged at James with inhuman speed. I picked up a stake from the ground and shoved it into James's chest. It missed his heart but punctured a lung. He'd die soon enough and I now wanted to make the witch suffer. I pulled the stake out of his chest and sped in front of Ravyn before James's body had a chance to hit the floor. "You fucking bitch!" I shouted, she was distracting her so the witch could escape. I didn't even give her time to react, I just plunged the stake into her heart. I watched her go grey and fall dead to the floor.

I watched the whole scene play out before me but I didn't have time to react. I was still next to Damon and Katerina's body. I watched in horror as Rebekah staked James. The next thing I knew was Rebekah was in front of me. She called me a fucking bitch. Then I felt the stake pierce my heart. I managed to look down to see it sticking out of my chest. I instantly became weak as my skin started to go grey. Everything went black as I collapsed to the ground.

Bonnie was literally seeing red. It all happened so fast she saw as Rebekah plunged James with a stake and she heard a blood curdling cry spring out. It took the action of her seeing the stake go int Ravyn that she figured out it was her. She felt a mad rush of power and sent Rebekah flying through the first brick wall and then into another. She ran to James and fell to her knees by him. She felt an enormous rush of tears flowing on her face. "James!' she was completely irrational. Sh couldn't think straight. She pressed her hand to wound even though it did nothing. She refused to lose him. She almost lost him in the storm but she was lucky. "AHHHHHH!" she screamed and buried her face in his chest.
