I then sigh. "I am on the look out for a job right now. I do not feel comfortable going to college being the way that I am."

I raise my eyebrows. Understandable. I lean forward slightly. The aging process can make blending in a bit difficult. I chuckle. I had to leave the force because of it.

I smile a bit. This was the first time a hybrid was not trying to kill me. This was a special moment for me. Someone actually talking to me. Just like Jonathan. this made me feel like a better person.

I smile softly. You're not used to being treated nicely, are you? I understand. Nik used me as an assassin slash seductress. I understand how you feel. I look at her. My accent earns me some unwanted attention. I chuckle.

I laugh a bit with her as I then said, "I know the feel. I was just a seductress. The only thing some men like is that a woman has a perfect body...huh?"

I smirk. That's all my ex seemed to care about. I shake my head. He kept buying me thongs. I mean, what the hell? I'm not some sort of slut. I shake my head and laugh.

I raise my eyebrow as she said that. "He only bought you thongs?! Wow, he seems more and more like a dick, huh?"

I smirk. Yeah, just my luck, my brother's dating his sister. Always fun. I shake my head and roll my eyes.

I raise an eyebrow. "I am sure she is better than him though."

I roll my eyes. Well she's not an arrogant bitch, so no. She's just not my type of person. She never stops smiling. Overly friendly and overly forgiving. My brother tells me she's different around him. Maybe so. She's a nice girl, she just isn't my kind of person. I take a sip of my drink.

I then roll my eyes a bit at her right then. "You aren't the one dating her so no worries."
