Tired of being the good girl

Sophia was tired of being who she was "Miss Goody Two Shoes". Her life sounded more like a drama novel than her usual romance likings. She was dirt poor and live with her grandmother because her parents always argued. Her dad was the town drunk always drowning himself in tequila each night. My mother was a professor at the college and would always come home with a drunk husband and a useless daughter as she called me. Sophia knew that she was just mad because she wanted the perfect husband but got stuck with a drunk. Sophia would always go out of the house when they started fighting. last weeks was the worst. They threw a jack daniels bottle that almost hit her. She moved in with her grandmother after that. Now she's tired of putting on a act of the dutiful daughter and wants to have some fun. She put on her leather jeans a red top and her leather boots and topped it off with a simple leather jacket. She got her fake ID and headed to the grill. Maybe Elizabeth wasn't working tonight so she wouldn't have to explian herself. She got up to the bar and sat down. "Can I get a double shot of wiskey and keep them coming"

Katherine walked into the grill, instantly eyeing the girl she had met in the cemetery like a month ago. The one all peppy about getting bitten and the one who wasn't afraid...or something of the sort. Katherine easedropped in from the end of the Grill, listening to her ask for whiskey. Wasn't the little dollop still in high school still? Katherine shrugged her shoulders and begun making her way over and of course trying to think of the snarkiest comment she could.

"Same." She said before the bar tender left to fulfill her order, or whatever you call bar orders. "I guess we aren't as sweet as we thought we were, are we know?" She asked, sitting down and resting her elbows on the counter.

"And you would know?" She smirked at the vampire that she met over a month ago in the cemetary. "What have you been up to since we last met? I have nearly got smashed in the head with a bottle, moved in with my grandmother and got a concussion from a car explosion at a party. Seems the Salvatore brothers are very dangerous when they're angry" The bartender came back over with her drink and she gulped the fiery substance down. Her good girl image would soon be gone if she kept it up. "i'm tired of being the innocent goody two shoes and I want to have some fun. Nothing wrong with that?"

"No your face...it's just so...so. And when you've been around as long as have, you can do what I do. Either you're a really good girl or you have a really good reputation you...kinda dislike." She clarified. "Well I met up with one of the oldest vampires in the history of time and got my skull smashed into a very very cementy wall. And the Salvatore brothers are always very very dangerous. They, just don't know you know their little secret. Unless you do and they know you know. Do they know you know?"

"They know I know. Well, at least Damon knows. He actually tried to get me to join him in one of his little mroning snacks but I'm not supoose to be like that. I'm the good girl who doesw what she's told and plus Elizabeth was there and I didn't think it would be a good idea. Elizabeth was surpise that I knew but my grandmother is a witch so that's how I figured out about vampires. If I'm talking to much let me know. Some people say I'm to cheerful for my own good but I have to act that way. Being the dutiful daughter is a tough job" She took another shot of whiskey and felt it go down her throat. She never drunk to much because ofher father but when she did drink she neever got drunk. For some reason she had like a achoal resistence. "It must have sucked to get smashe into a cementy wall. I've only hit my hand into a wall like that and ended up going to get my hand fix. I broke multiple knuckles and had to wear a cast for a few weeks"

"Well if by morning snack, you mean morning blood, human being...I think the fact that you're not a vampire...might also be why you shouldn't...join him." She nodded. When she downed some more whiskey, it just looked unnatural. But hey, she's she. Whatever. "Well, I've been staked, drowned, smacked, dusted, choked, staked some more and some more...and hung. By myself of course." Noticing how strangely unnatural what she just said was, she looked forward. "...Awkward..."

"It sounds like you had a long rough life. It is ture that being human I'm limited to what I do. I can't do alot of things without getting hurt" Sophia said as she turned up another drink

"Very true." Katherine responded, trying to think back on a time where she wasn't vampire. That was pretty hard to do. 500 years ago. Soon 600. Katherine sighed, and started drinking the whiskey she mimicky copied from Sophia.

"So tell me about what its like. You know being a vampire. I bet its harder than being a human because a human knows that one day they're going to die and it makes them appreciate life more. Vampires live forever so don't you ever get lonely or bored of living the same life?" Sophia said as she took another shot down. The whiskey was like fire on her throat. She loved the sensation.

"Come on fetus." She begun, scanning her own body up and down with her hands. "Do I look like I'll ever get lonely?" She asked, sarcastically. Of course she meant it though. Look at her! Seriously. LOOK.

"No, I bet you have a great time. Get you head smashed in and running from everything. Your have no responsibility at all. You can have fun and not care about the consequences. I'm sorry, I must be off my rocker tonight. Why is it so important for people to be normal? To not be a degrace to your family. That's what I don't understand? Having fun yet cause I sure am" Sophia said with a wicked smile. She always had her psycotic moments when she got fed up with everything. She had been crazy for years but she recovered and had been sent home. She sometimes has episodes when her life got hectic but she really should be having one now. She was at a bar with a vampire having a few drinks. How carzy did that sound?
