Medic (Nic/Open with permission)

I sit down on the bed and roll my shirt up. The doctor who was going to perform the procedure was not there yet, so I was just getting prepared. My eyes looked at Nic as I knew I was a bitch to him in the morning, but I could not control it. This was a decent day compared to what usually happens. Primo had a good ear full from me one day.

A female doctor comes in and introduces herself before sitting beside Erin. She puts petroleum on Erin's stomach and takes out the ultrasound remotey thing. She turns the monitor to face us. I take Erin's hand in mine. Good strong heartbeat. Healthy lungs. Did you two want to find out sex? I look at Erin and nod. Yes, please. She looks back to the monitor and looks to us and smiles. Twins. A boy and a girl. My eyes widen as a grin erupts onto my face. I peck Erin's lips and smile. Thank you, Doctor.

Tears formed the in my eyes from happiness. My emotions were crazy from being pregnant, and the news was amazing. A little boy and girl was going to enter our lives. I wiped my tears away before I peck Nic's lips and smiled at the doctor. "Thank you so much. Thank you!" I held onto Nic the whole time ad I then laughed a bit. Happiness ran through my entire body.

The doctor smiles and wipes the jelly off of her stomach before pulling Erin's shirt down. I'll see you in a few months. Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy. Nic, hold on tight, her hormones will only get crazier. She jokes. I laugh. I have no doubts. She smiles and leaves. I help Erin off of the table and hug her to me.

I hug him as I could not help crying. Damn being pregnant! The tears I could not control as I then said, "Twin!" My voice was filled with excitement and happiness as I then laughed a bit from all of the emotions.
