Night In (Raul & Emma)

My keys opened the door as Spencer ran up and started to meow at me. "Hey there big guy." I smiled and laughed a bit at my happy cat as I then turned around as I was in my house, but Raul was not. "Raul, why aren't you inside yet?" I giggled and smiled at my boyfriend. I was not aware of the rule that all vampires, even hybrids, had to go by.

I put my hands on the door frame and looked at the immediate area. "maybe I want to a southern gentlemen and not come in for a night" I smiled at her then gave a chuckle. "No, you have to invite me in, call it... a safety rule for yourself." I smiled and tilted my head to the side waiting for her to answer. "And if you don't... I'll huff and puff and blow your house down" I winked and put my hands up to where the door would be, they laid flat on an invisible surface. "See... and he's sure a fine cat, Spencer, perfect name" I was looking at the cat and smiled up at her. "So you going to invite your boyfriend in or--"

"Maybe just MAYBE she doesn't want you to come in" He stepped out from the shadow of the hallway and smiled. "Emma darling, come here babygirl" His voice was like soft satin and he held out his hand to her. "I've been waiting for you to come home you know. Spencer and I have been bonding without you" His smile that spread across his face was secretly sickening and his eyes looked to Raul who's arms were tense and he looked about to break through anything.

"Pidge! Emma honey, invite me in. Invite me in now!"
"Oh, I don't think she can, she's a little busy" He rushed forward putting his hand over her mouth and grabbing her arms before she could say a single word. "I don't think you really want to let him in do you? I don't think that would be very wise. I've been waiting for you all day, like I said, Spencer and I have been bonding, specially when you sleep at night Emma. Or should I say Pidge, seeing how that's what he calls you."

I was about to loose control. I could feel it. My eyes flashed yellow and I wanted nothing more then to rip into him. But Emma... she was right there. I couldn't shift and have her be right there. The vamp was touching her. I had seen him at her work before meeting her, delivering a package there while I ate. He was a delivery guy. She had asked him in. I punched the frame of her door looking at her eyes. "Pidge. I love you. And you... coward. Try and take me on by yourself instead of stopping her from letting me into the house... sick freak" Vampires were not like werewolves if they shut their emotions off, but please by off chance...

In a split second I grow an idiot idea in my mind. My mouth opened up and I bit onto the man holding me. A slight scream was heard and I was dropped onto the ground. A slight wince left my lips as I then say, "Come in Raul!" My eyes were wide as I did not know what was going to happen at that moment. I tried to move away from the vampire, but I could not. Gently, I bit my lip as my heart was racing.

"Bitch!" He looked at his hand and watched it heal really fast. He was going to make her pay for that. His face changed and his fangs came out but as soon as he went to grab her he was thrown down on the floor. "PIDGE GET OUTSIDE!" He felt a pressure on his chest. "You're a hybrid?!" "Damn straight, and you just pissed off the most protective hybrid that ever lived" he struggled underneith Raul but didn't get anywhere because he wasn't trying. "Then I'll have to turn her, then she wont have a choice but to choose the vamp" He laughed a wicked laugh and kicked Raul in the stomach. He stood up quickly and punched him in the throat while he laid on the ground. Raul was grabbing at his neck when he snapped it. "Emma darling, I have a present for you, and there is no use hiding from me" He laughed and sniffed the air for her. "Mmm your blood smells so good... now, come out come out where ever you are we need to talk about something. Or else I'll rip out his heart and you wont see him ever again"

My heart stopped as he said that. I could not lose him now. I loved Raul already. He was my first boyfriend and he was the only boyfriend I ever wanted. Slowly, I stepped out to show that I was there as tears ran down my cheeks. "Please, please do not hurt him!" I sniffled as I then looked at Raul. The tears kept rolling as I then whispered, "Please wake up Raulie....please." My knees were shaking as I then looked up to see the vampire was close to me. Holding back a scream, my skin gone into a ghostly white as my eyes were wide. My eyes were also a little puffy from all of the crying I have been doing while I looked at the vampire before me. I should of never trusted this man. I was a complete and utter idiot. My body shook some more at that moment. Fear was clear through out my entire body.

"Aww the precious little pigdge is upset over him?" he gestured his hand towards the hybrid on the floor. "You love him? You want to keep him safe? You want a happy ever after? With a hybrid? You know, accidents happen, what if you were turned into a vampire huh? You couldn't be with him, one bite from him and you're a goner. So if I change you, what will you do then? trust him to never bite you on mistake? that'd be foolish." He moved over to a table and leaned against it crossing his arms. "So tell me Emma. How bad do you want him to live tonight? And be honest. I can tell if you're lying, you'll stop crying at that point. If so. Maybe I'll spare him, but probably not you. You seem like the perfect little subjec to change into a vampire" He smiled a wicked smile and looked at her waiting to see what she would say.

That was my moment. I rushed to Raul's side and knelt down besides him. Some tears hit his face as I grasped onto his shirt with my hands. "I love him more than anything else in this whole world. I was lost in this world, until he found me. Until Raul found me at the library and helped me bring down my Psychology books." One of my hands then stroke his cheeks as I then kissed his forehead. The tears kept rolling down as I then whispered, "Please wake up." My eyes then darted to the vampire as they were now in an angry glare. "Do not touch me. Why are you doing this to me anyway? Why are you doing this to Raul and I?!" I would protect Raul with my entire life.

"Call it boredom. Call it a crush on a stranger, but it seems he beat me to you. Now if I just change you, and thanks to your great actions in biting me my blood is in your system anyways, so if I could just do the honor of snapping your neck, then you'll just want to be with me" he laughed and then moved forward towards her. "Now sweetie, it wont hurt I promise" He pulled her up to him quickly and grabbed onto her face. "Promise you" he winked but everything flew by in a second to late. He heard the gasp and then he was shoved to the front door that was still open.

"The hell you think you will" Raul was standing in front of Emma with his arms out. Eyes were flashing bright yellow and and I could see his muscles tense ready for what, he was going to change? He stood up and wiped his hands off. "Maybe I'll just go then" He smiled towards the couple but everything happened so fast that he didn't even have time to react. Raul had stepped in front of Emma and shifted. Bones broke and he didn't even make a sound. Not a single cry of pain, nothing! And then he felt the teeth in his neck and he screamed out. He was bit. He was BIT BY THIS DOG! He punched on the wolf's side and heard a yelp. He got up quickly and looked at Emma, and then dashed into the trees.

I felt the pain, but I couldn't declare to her that it hurt. I shifted back as soon as the vamp was gone. As much as I wanted to chance that thing down and eat it alive. I was laying in the yard trying to regain whatever clarity I had. I felt tired. I felt so tired, I had forgotten how much that takes out of you, to shift. I rolled to my side and grabbed what was left of... well I think it was my pants, who knows. I just slid something around my waist and got up wobbling a little. "Pidge" I said her name softly and then it all hit me what happened and I looked up at her with intense blue eyes. "Oh my god... Pidge, are you..." I could see the color in her skin, she wasn't a vampire. I knew that much... she couldn't be a vampire. She wasn't... right. No she can't be, but I had to make sure. I walked, more like wobbled over towards her and stepped inside the door. "Pidge are you okay? Baby... oh my god." Anger welled up in my chest and I couldn't mix together the feeling of anger and fear and being tired all at once.

My eyes then opened as I smiled a bit at Raul. I stood up and wrapped my arms around him. I knew I was still a human. "I am not dead. I am here Raul. I am alive and happy. I am not an undead creature of the night." I then helped him over to the couch and laid him down. I looked at everything that was broken in my house and sighed a bit. I did not blame Raul. I simply blamed that vampire. As I then helped Raul onto the couch, I ran back and locked the front door. Then I rushed back to be besides Raul and knelt down besides him. I was in fact nervous. "Raulie..."

"Raulie..." I smiled and looked at her while she ushered me to the couch. She had a throw blanket on the couch and draped it over my lap. I was nude. I felt slightly in the wrong place. She came back and was close to me. I couldn't help myself. I grabbed her and pulled her into my lap. "I'm sorry" I said softly and then I leaned in and kissed her head. "I thought... I'm sorry I can't believe that happened. I'm..." He didn't know what to say, he was out of it, but he was so happy she was okay. "I love you pidge" he said it softly and kissed her head again.

I smiled as I then placed my head onto his chest as I then sighed a bit. Thank god he was safe bellow me. He was naked and safe bellow me. "Thank you for saving me Raul. I love you so much." I then looked up and stroke his cheeks at that moment as I then pecked his lips gently right then. My eyes then looked into his blue eyes as if I was caught in a spell. He was simply perfect to me. I wanted to always and forever be here with him and only him.

I ran my fingers through her hair lightly. I felt so exhausted. But she kept herself close to me. Where she should be, where she was safe. I breathed a sigh of relief and then looked at her. Saving her, barely. I smiled at her weakly and then she kissed me before looking into my eyes. It was like the shock from a kiss only she was just looking at me. I groaned as I stared into her eyes feeling myself growing heated, she drove me insane. I pulled her up to me and kissed her, my tongue fought its way into her mouth and I flipped her over so she was under me. I pressed my thigh between her legs holding her down while my hands traced along her dress she wore to dinner. God she felt beautiful. I wrapped my arms under her and pulled her into me feeling how she pressed against me. I moaned into her mouth before quickly pulling away. "pidge. I'm sorry I didn't mean to... Well I did but... I'm not trying to rush I..." I felt like like an idiot rambling on to her. It was evident though, pressed against the blanket was myself and that's all that stopped us from sex, no making love, it couldn't be sex. Not with her. Never with her... But I wanted her. Bad.

Slowly, my small hands found their way onto his cheeks as I then smiled at the man that I knew I was going to be loving for the rest of my life. "Raul, why are you saying sorry?" I asked in a soft whisper as I then pecked his lips once more and giggled a bit as I then stroke his cheeks very gently. Secretly, I was checking out Raul's body. He was perfect. Very well built and muscular. A blush crossed my lips some more as I then giggled some more at that moment and bit my lip very shyly and gently once more at that moment then. The reason I was biting my lip was because I have never been this close to a man. A naked man in fact.

I looked in the green eyes of my love. "I am afraid to hurt you..." I said it honestly. "I... and you're... I love you so much" I leaned down on her and kissed her, I went to pull away but I couldn't I wanted to lock onto her and I didn't want to stop. "Emma" I breathed her name as I pulled away. "Are you sure because if you say yes, I wont stop until you're mine, and then when you're mine, I mean mine. Forever. I wont let you leave. I wont let anyone take you from me. I'll fight for you I'll die for you and if I mess something up I'll crawl to you to fix it. I don't... I can't take this from you unless you're sure..." I looked into her eyes with as much honest compassion as I could. " And I have to be gentle. I have to keep telling myself this or else I could hurt you..." I leaned down and kissed her again before pulling back up and waiting for her answer. I was already ready to go, I was ready to go earlier in the park, and now, with what happened to night I was getting ready to either bolt or finish this...

I smile as I then said, "Raul listen to my voice. I am ready fro you and only you." I knew he was my first boyfriend and we only met a couple of hours ago. Some people would make fun of us, but I would not. Him and I were meant to be with one and other. A hybrid and a human. Who knew?! A giggle left from my lips as I then traced shapes onto his chest and kissed his cheek very gently at that moment right then. A smile was still on my lips some more at that very moment then.

I looked at her. I was trying to remain calm but she said yes and that's all it took. I wrapped my arms around her and pulled her into me kissing her with as much loving passion as I could, while being gentle...

My breath was heavy and I had her wrapped up in my arms at my side. "I didn't hurt you did I?" I tilted on the couch a little so I had her pressed against the back of couch and I was on the edge of it. I had the blanket that... well was around me around us. I was tired and I leaned in and kissed her on the head. "But you're mine now... everything about you is mine..." I let out a little huff of a laugh. "mmmm I love you pidge" I leaned in and kissed her again. My eyes felt heavy and after shifting, making love and everything going on today, I was dead beat tired. I needed a nap, about a twenty minute one...

I was panting and sweating a bit as I was wrapped in his arms. This was my first time and it was amazing. "I am not hurt at all Raul. I am happy and healthy. No bruises at all." Gently after answering him, I pecked my lips and then said, "Would you like me to make this couch into a futon? It pulls out to make a bed and I can easily do that so then you can get some sleep. You are very tired and I can tell. I am sorry I am talking so much. I am just so happy." A blush attacked my cheeks as I then looked down at the ground once more to try to hide my blushing face.

I smiled at her and picked her up off the couch wrapping the blanket around her hesitating for just a second to look her up and down before closing the blanket and giving her a smile. "I'm glad you're okay" I leaned down and kissed her softly I reached and turned the couch into the futon. "When I fix your stairs, and paint, and everything else you need, I'm going to start tomorrow, I'm going to buy you a new bed... because you need a nice bed" I smiled and picked her up laying her gently on the bed before laying down next to her. I wrapped my arms around her and laid a kiss on her head again before mine relaxed. Sleep was coming fast and it took over closer then I thought. I didn't dream but I could smell something sweet and familiar, every time I did I felt something move in my arms and I knew it was her, my Emma, my pidge, my love and she was right next to me.

I smiled as I then closed my eyes as I laid my head against his chest at that moment. A blush crossed my cheeks as I was dreaming of what had all happened just a couple of minutes ago. How we nearly just met a couple of hours before and he he saved my life as well. He saved me from everything in this world. This was the greatest day in my life. "I love you...Raulie." I whispered bellow my breath as I was then breathing slowly and slightly falling into a light sleep.

Raul couldn't sleep long, and when he woke up it was dark out. He moved out from under Emma's head, moving slowly so he wouldn't wake her. He stood there looking at her and kissed her head softly, then bent and pet Spencer. "Cute kitty" he said softly. he walked around the end of the bed and made his way around the house. He found the scraps of his clothes laying in the hallway. Great, no clothes. He rolled his eyes and then headed up the stairs moving slowly so they wouldn't break under him like they had Emma. He found his way upstairs and looked around. Her uncle had just passed away, something had to be here, he didn't snoop to extensively so before he could look any further he made his way back downstairs. Quickly he sped out of the house to the next closest house there was. Breaking and entering, oh well. He knew there was a guy here he could smell him, and everyone was asleep. He reached into the closet and took a hanging suit holder. A suit... interesting. He'd rock it.

He reached in the closet for more and found jeans and a white t shirt. Perfect for today. Lucky for him he found a package of new socks too. He pulled only one pair and then walked downstairs. A pair of Echo chucks, Perfect! he reached down and picked them up then took out money from his pocket. He scribbled down a message on the paper and laid the paper on the table. He had already gotten to go in this house once before, a little girl had invited him in the first day he arrived when he needed to use the phone. She was sweet. He put the money and note down, more then enough for the guy to buy a new suit, shoes, socks, even a new five pairs of these shoes. He slipped outside and put on the jeans and t socks and shoes then sped back to Emma's. She was still asleep. He walked to the stairs and looked at them. She had fallen through them. He sighed and looked down at Spencer "We need to make this place more safe" he smiled and knelled down petting the cat quickly before going back to the couch bed and laying another blanket on her. He loved her, and she looked so peaceful... so human... just sleeping.

There I laid there on the bed as I was still asleep. I was dreaming about Raul as I then cuddled up closer to him at that moment and breathed in his scent. A smile spread on my lips some more at that moment then.

The sun broke through the thin little drapes she had. He got a better look around now that it wasn't dark. Very interesting. Very classic and... well it didn't fit her. She was simple yes but this place needed an update bad. He wiggled out from under her and went upstairs. He grabbed clothes for her smiling at pictures she had and little nick nacks around her room. Cute. He went back down the broken crappy stairs carefully and walked back into the living room. He sat down on the bed and grabbed the jeans and shirt for her. She was going to be painting too, he didn't want her to get her clothes dirty even though he'd just buy her more. "Pidge babes, wake up" he leaned down kissing her head. "We need to get to the general store soon so we can work on your... home" he smiled in her hair kissing it gently again. "And I picked out clothes for you." He stood up and went to the window pulling back the draped so the sun came right in the room. "You look beautiful Pidge" he walked back over to the bed pulling the blanket up around her and kissing her cheek. Then he stood, walked to the end of the bed and yanked the blanket right off her leaving her naked on the bed. "And as much as I want to come back to bed with you... again... I can't... we need to get up! up up up rise and shine" he laughed and jumped down on the bed, or groaned in protest from his weight suddenly. "And we're getting you new things... I love your little house, but I don't... it's time to make it more... up to date Pidge, I'm scared it'll fall apart on you now" he smiled and spanked her bottom quickly before getting up.

That was when I gasped and woke up as I then sat up and noticed I was sitting there naked on the futon bed. A blush crossed my cheeks as I then said, "You look amazing Raulie." A smile formed more on my lips as I then so wanted to hug him and just lay down all day with the man of my dreams, but I knew that I could do no such thing as he was right. This house needed to be worked on. I grabbed for the clothes and then said, "Where did you put my bra and underwear after last night Raul?" I asked him with the blush growing more as I then looked up at him with my bright green eyes. The sun was beaming down onto my fair skin as it made it look as white as snow. My red, curly hair was cascading down my shoulders perfectly. I had no clue how I looked like this in the morning.

I smiled and reached down grabbing her bra and then grabbed new undies from my back pocket. I had taken the ones upstairs from last night. "Get up!" I smiled and walked around the house opening curtains and then headed to the front door swinging it open "è una bella mattina" I smiled as I said it and then turned back to the house. "Pidge. sbrigati mia colomba bella" He spoke italian to her and smiled. She didn't know what he said but he knew. He walked back into the room and leaned against the door frame. "It's a beautiful morning, and hurry up my beautiful dove" he chuckled and then walked back to the door...
