My friend is the enemy!(?)

"You're way too nice to me", I mumble and put my head against his shoulder. "I have no idea how to learn it. It won't work anyways.", I say and sigh.
"Who was that girl named Sasha? She wasn't really nice. Well I wasn't either" I try to grin, but it looks fake. I try to breath in, but my side starts to hurt. "Damn it!" I gasp.

I sigh. Alright screw it. I pull my shirt off and hand it to her. Here-it's already torn up anyway. I give a small smile. Sasha is a bitchy hybrid who likes to throw her weight around.

"Thank you", I say and close my eyes. I wish Sasha never appeared and pissed me off. "She called me barbie" I growl. "I mean I know I am not looking like the perfect hunter but I am not a barbie! Are you not cold?"

I sigh. You're young. No one expects a 21-year-old hunter to be a master assassin. You're not barbie. You're more than a barbie. I mean; you're already restraining yourself from killing me. That may have been a jinxing thing to say.

I shake my head "Whatever" I say.
"Thanks anyways that you tried to help me. What now?"
I try to stand up.

I catch her as she stumbles forward. Easy. Relax. Her eyes look a bit different now. I don't want to hurt her but she attacks me I have to defend myself.

I don't know what I'm doing and I'm losing the control of my body again. You are going to kill him...he just pretends to be your friend like they always do....he just wants to hurt you...kill him....kill him...
I see myself getting a stake out and this time I don't hesitate. I do the same move that threw him on the ground and have the stake in the air. He throws me back and stands up again, but I don't know how to stop myself. I try it again. I take out my cross bow and shoot it , so one of the stakes pin him on a tree. I come closer and have a dagger in my hand.
Don't hesitate. Never. Luke's words are echoing in my head. I take a deep breath. "I can't do this." I let the dagger fall on the grass and blink. The voice in my head is gone, but Luke is still there, looking at me.

I grunt and remove the stake from my shoulder. I drop the stake on the ground and raise my eyebrows. Well, that was-um- really well done. I give a sarcastic series of claps. Wonderful. Really. I sigh and walk forward to Victoria. You alright? That wasn't you.

"I'm not alright. Not at all. Are you?" I pack everything in the bag and look at Lucas. "I know, I have to work on this. but that doesn't necessarily mean to try to kill you Luke."

I sigh as she packs up. You need to be careful, Victoria. Most supernaturals aren't me. They won't be understanding; they will kill you without hesitation. They will kill you on site. I shake my head. Don't underestimate what we are. You're a good hunter, but you're young. This town is full of old, experienced supernaturals. I turn to leave before turning back again. Be careful of who you make an enemy of, Victoria. With that I blur off into the woods towards my home.

I turn back and see that Luke left. What did he mean with that?
Was it a warning or a threat? I swallow and look on the weapons. What a great day. My ribs still hurt as I take the backpack and walk through the woods.
