Not Caring Anymore. (Tyler || Liz)

After I pushed Liz into the tree and kissed at her shoulder I could hear her sigh but I couldn't tell what kind it was. I felt her reach under my shirt and feel my abs, she seemed to be enjoying it though. I moved my lips back to Elizabeths and continued where we were earlier, I hand my hands on her lowerback close to under her shirt to pull her closer. I didn't know if she wanted to go farther then this or what.

I kissed him back, trying to give as much force he did. Supernaturals love harder and greater than humans, but this wasnt love, this was just two best friends having a great time with each other. I felt his hands on my lower back righ underneath my belly shirt. I stepped closer to him enjoying a time for us. I didnt know if he wanted to go further than this or not. It really didnt matter to me, as long as we were doing this as a no-strings-attached thing, I was fine.....or wasnt I?

Liz and I just continued to kiss but it all became to cautious, I knew now she was thinking the same thing I was. Pulling back from the kiss I stepped back a second. "Wait before this goes any further, how fast are we planning to go?" I asked her. My guy says just go for it, she wants a no strings attached and so do you but the reasonable side says I could hurt Ray, Caroline and Liz if I went any further. Part of me wanted to go with the flow but the other didn't.

It was obvious we were sharing the same thought. I looked at him as he stepped back. "I dont know Lockwood. But if you want, you have to chase it." I said taking my skirt off revealing my shorts as weel taking off my shoes. I began a light jog further into the forest area. If he wasnt going to do it I wasnt going to go on a full scale run away from him. I didnt want a lot of people to see me in my shorts if i went the wrong way.

Elizabeth sure did like to run, she should have joined the Track Team. She said though if I wanted it to chase after her but I let the reasonable side take over, I wasn't that guy anymore. "I give up Liz, no more running." I laughed.

When he gave up, so did I. I circled a tree and returned to were some of my clothes were. I placed my skirt and shoes on. I had my jacket in my hand. It kinda felt like my life could have possibly been summed up in one song. "Remember back in July when I dragged you to that Maroon 5 concert in Richmond? Remember we danced to every song. Can you tell me which song that they played I said descirbed me?" I asked him hoping he would remember it to be She Will Be Loved.

Liz cam back and started to gather up her clothes and she asked me if I remembered when she dragged me to that concert. How could I forget? She woke me up calling my phone telling me to get ready and then didn't let me eat till we got to Richmond, well it was fun though I have to admit. "I think so, I remember something about being loved but I can't remeber the title. Why?" I asked.

It was a good thing he remembered the concert, and the song didnt matter anymore. "Nothing, nothing.Look...I'll make this up to you soon. i ask you a lot of things and....I'm sorry Ty. I shouldnt have done what I did. I just wanted to feel what it felt like to be rebellious, kinda." i meant to say I wanted to feel loved for once in my life. i knew we were friends and I respected everything he did. I just wanted to feel like everyone was normal and what it felt like to have someone care for me like I could for them. I hoped none of my thoughts showed as I fixed my hair around my shoulder.

"Hey Lizzie talk to me, whats wrong?" I asked her. Her happy exterior seemed to just decrease in a matter of seconds. She was my clsoe friend and I didn't want to see her like that. "Is it cause i don't remeber the song title?" I asked.

"No Ty. Its just I hate being who I am. Being caught between two completely different worlds, my entire family are vampires, my friends are witches and werewolves and vampires and Hybrids, I cant be normal. I dont have a normal. I hate that I have to deal with human drama then there is the thing that at any second I could die of a supernatural or I cant help everyone when they need another set of eyes. I just....I dont know what to do because I know that after graduation that if I leave I cant ignore the fact of supernatural beings and if I stay here the activity can go up or down. Out of the people we know Matt and I are truely human, Jer is a medium so he's kinda supernatural. Why cant I just fell normal or......Just forget about it, please. It will be soooo much easier if we forget this converstaion." I told him as I looked at him. I couldnt let anyone know how I felt because..... "I let my humanity get in the way, all the time."

I listened as Liz explained to me what it was she was feeling. She was human caught in two worlds of normal and safe then crazy and dangerous. It had to be hard for to live double lives a a human. For supernatural you had to do it. "I can see where your having trouble but Liz you should be happy your human. Theres alot of us who miss being human and you get to actually have a life. I'd say your pretty lucky." I told her.

"Tyler, luck isnt on my side. I almost bled to death of a butterknief for crying out loud! I cant keep a job to make everyone believe I am a normal living teen. I act like something I'm not. I hate cheer, but I do it to feel what it's like to be a normal girl. I chrush hard to distract myself of the troubles in my life. I talk like I know what everything is and who knows what and all that bull. I hate acting like something I'm not. I'm tired of it." I said as I leaned against the tree spilling my every thought to Tyler. He's my best friend. I'm closer to him than another other of my friends and I felt like if I told this to anyone else they would laugh at me and tell me to go bug someone else.

I shrugged. "Then don't act like something your not. If your hate cheering quit, your not normal anyway Liz. Just accept it like the rest of us do, you can still be normal theres just supernatural bullshit you have to put up with. And I'm sure that a few of us would help you learn how to defend yourself against vampires and werewolves." I told her. I wish Elizabeth could have a normal life but shes too deep in like the rest of us.

I looked at him, it wasnt the school things or everyday human things that bothered me, nor the supernatural Bullshit. It was just me. "What did you feel when we made-out? Be honest." I said. I just needed to where where I was. I didnt want to hurt him or myself or anyone else.

"I don't know, it was fun and I liked it. It made me feel free I guess." I told her. I didn't understand where Elizabeth was going with all of this.

That was all I needed. "Let's get back before it turns dark." I said sounding way off topic. I needed to know where my head was. I didn't want to tell him it was my first kiss with anyone, that would have been terrible. "Ray's been gone for a long time. I wonder where she is."

"Hey whats wrong? Come on Elizabeth you know you can tell me anything." I told her. I didn't like seeing her this way. I stopped short though when she mentioned Ravyn. "I haven't talked to her or seen her. Its like she got up and left."

I never wanted anyone to know that Ray was kinda like my "Mother" figure. It had been a very long time since I talked to her and I knew we both had this fling with Tyler, but he and I had been friends since middle school and she was a Vampire almost as old as the Orignals.

"I got a phone call the other day..... From my brithmother. She wants to meet me, but I don't want to see her Ty." Insaid with one tear coming out of my eye. I whipped it away and crossed my arms.

I pulled Elizabeth into a hug. Right now I can tell she really needed one so I held her tight. "I don't know what to tell you about that Liz cause I've never been through anything like that but I am here for you if you need me, okay?" I told her.

I hugged Tyler back. He was always there for me, like I was for him. I defended him when nobody wanted anything to do with him after he became a hybrid. "This just doesnt seem right Ty. Not what were doing, but the entire thing that we've done. What are we?" I asked not knowing what I really asked him. I guess I meant to say was were we friends, or more than that.

I didn't understand what Elizabeth just asked me until I thought about it, I knew then I should have listend to the reasonable side. I pulled a little away from her and sighed. "I don't know Elizabeth, I already have to many compications right now in my love life and I just don't Liz." I told her. I knew about her and Jeremy and she knew about me and Ray, right now this wouldn't work between us.

"You have complications. I dont have a love life, Tyler. I just dont want to screw up your life. Can we just go back please?" I asked without another word. It was just about noon and I had already ruined our days, at least i think I did.

"What do you mean you don't have a love life? I thought you and Jeremy dated?" I asked. Elizabeth was really starting to make me worry cause she just seemed lost or something. "And were not going back till you talk to me." I said.

"Were not really dating. Its just like we were doing Ty. Nothing but these little teases. Nothing major. I do more with you than I do with him. We went on one date. Coffe and go-karts. After that we talked and flirted. hell Kol and I do a Hell of a lot more than jer and I but a Hell of a lot less than what we do." I said almost angerliy that we werent leaving yet. i got lost easily, mentaly and physically, and I needed him to be able to get back to the house. "Besides your mother hates me. She called my Salvatore Trash at the masqurade ball."

"So are you trying to say you like me or something cause thats what I'm starting to get." I told her. I wish I could understand Elizabeth better because I really wanted to be there for her.
