Camping In Nowhere [Open]

I only stared at the boy that had appeared in front of Stefan. I could tell, even though his appearance was that of a child, he was old. His power wasn't the strongest I've seen, but he was skilled. He spotted us within minutes. I looked into his eyes and I saw something - a longing for something ... or someone. That's when I realized it was Stefan he longed for. It made me hold onto Galvin tighter, trying not to hurt him. I can control myself from the hunger. I put Galvin's arms around me, and then they formed into a hug.

All I could do was smile at the little child that appeared in front of Stefan. I could sense a relationship, far beyond any bond that this boy has ever had. his appearance was just like Brendon's - young, but deadly. Alone, even ... alone for too long. I looked back at Dean, and said, "I'll be back. I am going to check and see if Liz is alright." I said, walking towards the tent.

I smiled over to Kara, "This is Kevin. He's like a son to me." I brought my eyes down to Kevin once again before looking around to everyone.
"Anyone have a place in mind for where we can go? We should be heading out soon to get our clothing and necessities." My eyes glanced around from person to person.

Kara came up to me and introduced herself, there was something interesting about her. I replied: "I'm glad we met and when it comes to Damon he will soon figure out his place in our family.". I did not thought about it until Kara did not mention that Damon believes he is head of the family, but since I am here now, this duty belongs to me as the oldest member of my family.

Sophia came a little late to the camp ground. Her grandmother wanted to make sure that Maria wouldn't be showing up for a performance anytime soon. She'd been spending more time with Sergiy and it help keep herself under control. She recieved a text message from Lizzie saying they were going camping in the middle of the woods. She wore a white speghetti stap shirt and light blue jean shorts. Then she wore a jacket over it just in case it got chilly and headed out. She had everything she would need for a camping trip in her car. She drove to the spot where she was supposed to meet up with Elizabeth and she saw almost everyone there. "Sorry, I'm late. Grandmother just wanted to make sure I don't go off on another rampage"

After packing the necessities for the trip, which was very little for me, I met everyone back in the middle of the forest, hoping they were all ready to head out.
"Everyone ready?" I asked after getting out of my car. The tent was packed into tightly into the trunk, allowing more room for people to ride along with me in my car.
"I'll be leading the pack," I announced, "So everyone just follow each other. If you need gas, call me and we'll stop. Understood?"

"I'm ready but I'm riding in my car. So if anybody wants to ride with can. Thanks for the offer of riding with you, Stephan but I can't leave my baby here. She's my favorite" So she got in the car and waited for everyone else to decide who they were riding with before they shoved off to the camping spot. Sophia was in handle with her alternate self but if they were drinking, she didn't know how long before Ms. Choas would show up. She waited on the others to get ready.

I walked over to David's Car. He got the door that Brendon tore off put back on, and was looking perfect. I got in the back seat, and looked at Brendon as he got in, and said, "Are you ready for camping?" I smiled at Brendon. I wanted to make him feel like I don't think he's a monster. He is my brother, and I love him with all my heart.

OOC: This Galvin as Human Just to let you guys know so that it doesn't confuse you.

I got in the car, sitting next to Galvin in the backseats. I grinned at him, and said, "Yeah," I nodded, laughing. Suddenly, I stopped smiling. I smelled Galvin's blood and my canines grew. I instantly put my hands over my mouth, gasping in horror. I knew he saw it. I could tell by the reaction and hi heartbeat. I started getting out of the car. I thought I had control of it, I thought. I guess I was wrong.


I was standing over where Stefan was. I heard him ask if everyone was ready, and I said, "Yes. I have my Porsche with a few blood bags," I said, looking at the Porsche. I had two coolers filled with thermoses. I'd figured Brendon would be hungry on the way to the campsite that Stefan had planned for us. Suddenly, I saw Brendon getting out of the car, distraught. I could see his Canines growing. He must not be used to Galvin's blood, I thought, feeling sad for Brendon. I understood what it was like. Most Vampires do. "Sophia?" I asked, calling to her. I heard her say she can give anyone a ride if they need it. I know Brendon nor Galvin will like it, but Brendon can't control himself around him. Brendon has to be separated from Galvin for the remainder of the trip, I thought, biting my lip. "I was wondering if you could have Galvin with you on the way for his ride? You see, Brendon, his brother has trouble around Galvin, being a Recently made Hybrid," I explained. "I think it's for the best to separate them, even though they're family." I said, looking back at Brendon, sitting on a rock, crying.

I smirked down to Kevin, "Sure thing." I gestured for him to get into the back of the car.
I nodded towards Sophia and David before hopping in and starting my car, the engine roaring to life.

"Sure thing, David. I don't mind having Gavin ride with me. The more the merrier. Oh, that reminds me if we do any drinking don't give me any. I don't have that much control of Maria yet. And if I drink sher could turn our nice little trip into a disaster. The only ones that have met my alter is Lizzie, Jordan and Sergiy. They know what happens. So just to be safe no boos for me" She said getting in the car waiting patiently for everyone to get going. She rolled her window down and let down her top. She loved her 1956 Jaguar XK140 Roadster.

I got out of the car, hearing David, and this girls conversation. I walked over and said, "Wait, why are we separating?"I asked them, referring to me and Brendon. "It was just a slip." I said, assuring them, especially David. I did not want to separate from Brendon - not now ... not ever.

I looked at Galvin, trying to convince David to let me be with him. I knew it wouldn't work. I walked slowly to the car, and got back in. I shut and locked the door behind me.


I smiled at Sophia, and said, "Thank you, and I won't. I never heard about Maria, but from what Sophia told me, it's safe to keep her out of the trip. Suddenly, Galvin came over. I knew this would happen, I thought. "Galvin, It's the only way to keep you safe. Brendon has not been used to your blood. Your blood is O negative, which is really edible to him," I explained. "I know it was a slip, but that one slip could've costed you everything, and Brendon knows it. That's why he got out of the car." I said, smiling at Galvin. "Now, You will go with Sophia. I'm sorry, Galvin, but Brendon has to stay away from you during this trip." I said. "Brendon is still very happy that you came, and don't think I'm not either," I said, shaking my head. I got to start the car. I'll see you at the campsite, okay?" I asked, smiling at him. He got in Sophia's car, as I got in mine. I smiled at Brendon at the rear view mirror. "Are you ready?"

"Yeah, I said, managing a smile. I looked out the window putting my hand on the mirror. I saw Galvin in the back seat, looking at me. It pained me deeply to be away but so close to him, but .... I know what David is doing is right for the both of us. That was one thing that went wrong. For some reason .... I have a bad feeling about this trip. I don't know why ... I just do...

As her cellphone vibrated, Irene lazily got up from the couch and fished her phone out of her pocket. It was just another boring day that she spent in front of the TV, not paying any attention to it as she read a book and tried to think of something to do, and so the distraction of her cellphone ringing was more than welcome. She didn't want to spend yet another day just looking forward to the night. She could go out in daylight thanks to her lapis lazuli ring, but what she really liked was the night. Then, she could go to bars and flirt and drink without seemed like a pathetic person who had nothing to do.

"Meet in the dead center of the Mystic Falls forest. I have an idea...", the text she received said. But the date of the text was strange. She'd gotten it over an hour before, but her cellphone had only vibrated then. Was she still in time?

Not wanting to miss another second, she ran towards the forest, only to find the spot Stefan had indicated completely empty. She picked up her phone, which she'd slipped back into her pocket, and sent him a reply: "Where are you? Sorry I'm late, my phone decided that I shouldn't come."

I grabbed my phone before turning back to Kevin as we continued driving, "Yep." I smiled before adding in my thoughts, 'If we can actually get there.'
Quickly, I leaned onto the steering wheel to see the passing sign from above, texting back, "Run as fast as you can to Route 95." My thumb pressed the send button before smirking and slowly pulling over, putting on both of the Porsche's back blinkers.


OOC: I'll do another fast-forward once Irene gets to the car.

Route 95? What did Stefan have in mind? It seemed like they were going on a road trip or something like that. That idea was suddenly seeming quite interesting. She looked up the location of Route 95 on her phone, not wanting to get lost and possibly miss a road trip, and made her way there, running as fast as she could. She wouldn't miss that for the world. It'd been quite a while since she'd last gone on a road trip, but she remembered having quite a lot of fun.

As she got there, she spotted a car pulled over and ran towards it, rather sure that it was Stefan's car. She knocked on the window to make her presence known and smiled just slightly, looking forward to whatever they were going to do.

I glanced around nervously, not recognizing any of the signs that flew by us. Turning around in the car, I could see that the cars were still following. The lump in my throat grew as I directed my gaze back to the road ahead. I finally admitted to myself that I was lost, having no clue where the hell we were heading at this point. I narrowed my eyes to the sign passing, seeing on a large number thirty-one which meant nothing to me. Sighing, I pulled onto a dirt road, hoping that it would lead us back on track.
The road continued on and on, driving for at least another hour until I turned sharply to the right, seeing another barely-there dirt road. After reaching the end of the 'road', I stopped the car, gazing on in disbelief at the one lamppost by the edge of a cliff.
Sighing heavily in disappointment, I slammed my head on the steering wheel, giving up.
"I have no idea where we are."

I hugged Stefan as he was sitting in the driver's seat from behind him. "It's okay, we'll figure something out," I said, kissing the back of his head, and sitting back down. I hope that would calm him down, I thought. I hated to see him act this way.

"Yeah, I noticed that around an hour ago." Irene leaned back on her seat, sighing. Getting lost could be fun, though, as long as they found something to eat. She definitely didn't plan on spending days without feeding. She'd been there, done that, and the results weren't nice. "You know, around the time I said 'Give up, Stefan, we're lost?'"

Wherever they were going, they were definitely going in the wrong direction. Irene was only waiting for them to pass a plaque saying "Nowhere = 2KM Turn around if you have any love for your life."
