| It's been three hours sine I found out I turned. When I was at the Boarding House I drank three bags of blood, my new life source. I stayed in the basement because I realized I became a vampire and I could seriously hurt someone I love.
I left the house after I could no longer sense my uncles presence there. I still don't have a stone to protect me so I know I am safe under the dark blanket of the moonless midnight sky.
I ran here at my new found speed. It felt incredible. I came to the founders park for some unknown reason. I just decided on a stroll I guess.
I was walking when I smelled it. I turned to my right and saw a gentleman covering up a bleeding wound. I couldn't take it anymore. "Exuse me sir, but I am dreadfully sorry."
"About what?" he asked looking around.
I could sense his horror as my face changed. "For bringing you to your untimely death." then I lunged for his neck and began to drain his life away, pint by pint

| James had been out and about. He had now been a vampire for about a week: being killed by Rebekah really seemed to take a toll on him, but not as much as Bonnie seeming to be hanging out with another vampire, when she was apparently not wanting anything to do with them. He showed up to Damon for some advice on not ripping out people's throats, but he wasn't much help, his switch flipped and all. Although Damon did allow for some amusing conversational topics, well, amusing for a Vampire, at least.
He raised his right hand to admire the daylight ring that Bonnie had made for him, a few nights before their apparent end to their relationship: It was the only real thing he had left from her, and wanted to keep it close; seemed only fitting that it was the one thing that allowed him to remain alive, even as a vampire.
Taking a quick look around at the scenery in the Founder's Park, he wasn't expecting to see much: probably just a few old guys feeding pigeons and little brats roller skating about. Instead he found a girl that looked a little bit like Elizabeth, who he had seen around the mansion only a couple of times, digging her fangs into a random man's flesh. A smile grew on his face for some reason, whether he was indeed losing his humanity, or his primal instinct was kicking in; he did not know. He slowly walked up to her and reached for her shoulder, but he was too late.

| Jordan hadn't really been himself the past few days, his brutal slaughter of Jason plagued his mind - he wished he could do it again. He had let his inner demon out that day, and he refused to acknowledge its presence any longer, it was dead to him. He entered the park, hoping that he may see someone he knew - and he did. There were two figures he could make out, his keen eye sight peering at both of them. That ex-boyfriend of Bonnie's or were they still together? And.... was that Elizabeth? There they were, James and Elizabeth literally within inches of each other.
Jordan sped over to Elizabeth, looking at the mess she made. He shook his head and pulled her to face him, giving her a disappointed look. He hugged her first though, because he missed her deeply - but now, she was.... she didn't know how to control herself.
"Liz... c'mon. Don't just kill in the open, do it in seclusion. If you do it out here you threaten our very existence." |

| I felt satisfied when I felt a hand on my shoulder. I dropped the dead man as I recognized him as James. His face was similar to mine. "James? Your a vampire?"
I was yet again turned around to face Jordan. I remembered waking in my transitioning state in his arms a few hundred feet away from here. I frown when I saw his disappointed look. I returned his hug. I looked down with an expressionless face. "I'm sorry. I just feel like I'm going to explode."
I never realized it was this bad. I don't even remember approaching the man. What if it was Jeremy? Or Sophia? Or Elena or anyone else I care about. "I didn't mean to. He was bleeding and.... I lost control."

| James hadn't even fought off his own cravings for being a Vampire, how would he help Elizabeth fight off her own? The thoughts were amiss inside his undead skull as he looked down at her after she dropped the body. He nodded slightly to her question. It was not something that he had chosen: to be a vampire, he was thrust into it by Ravyn who had fed him her blood to stop him from dying; to save his life.
But James felt a tad relieved when Jordan, who he seemed to dislike, walked over and turned Elizabeth around, trying to comfort her. He did not know what exactly was happening between him and Bonnie, but by the sounds of it as he sped off that night; it seemed to be that she still had feelings for him, James, and was still feeling hurt by what he had done.
He took a look down at the dead body which lay in front of them on the ground; he felt his cravings begin rising as the blood began making a pool on the ground beneath him. Veins began protruding beneath his eyes, fangs elongated. Hearing what exactly Elizabeth was telling Jordan, he bent down and examined how much blood had exactly been drained from his system: but the pool of blood on the ground seemed to have been all that was left in his body.
His daylight ring glinted in the sunlight as his eyes caught a glimpse of it, allowing his cravings to bury. He soon stood back up and took a glance around to the nearby humans walking about, and wondered if any of them saw.
James took another quick glance down to the body, picked it up over his shoulder, and ran off through the forest with it slung over his back.

| Jordan couldn't stay mad at her, or anything at her - except love her. They were friends, and she helped him feel somewhat 'human' so he was going to be the one to teach her right and wrong. He ran his fingers through her hair and spoke to her telepathically, as he watched James run off.
"Look, I am going to teach you everything you need to know. No more need to feel like exploding, I am going to protect you." |

| I saw the sun come up. I saw glad we were in some shade, but it was retreating. I looked back at him. It was like he was comforting me. In my darkest hour I still receive hope. I was glad Jordan was here for me, like I always am for him.
I was amazed that he was talking inside of my head. I still couldn't bring any emotion to my face. I spoke back to him like he did me.
"I don't have a stone. The sun is rising. Please, can we go somewhere with no light? And I thank you so much for your help. I don't know what I would do if I didn't have it."
