| There was something peaceful, about the cemetery at this time of day. It made it all the more appealing to Klaus. After everything that had been happening over the past few years it was nice to finally take a break and get away from it all.
His feet barely touched the ground as he headed over towards the civil war momuments. He remembered that war like it was a year ago. He wasn't entirely faultless during it. He'd taken advantage of the war to kill as many as he could possibly drink.

| He moved into the Cementer hoping to find puppies. But what he found was a man. How lovely to say the least. He made his way towards him and spoke."Tell, me sir. How come your out here in the middle of no where, are you lost? Shall I guide you to the road?" HE asked the man who seemed to be able to handle himself pretty well."Are you by any chance, human?" He asked the man. |

| He angled his head slightly towards the direction of the voice but carried on looking at the monument. A small smile spread across his face before he spun around. "I take it you aren't from around here?" He asked tilting his head to the side as he sized the man up. He obviously didn't recognise him.
"That is the question most like to ask." A small gust of wind blew past them then, finally giving Klaus a glimse of his scent. "A werewolf. How delightful."

| Caroline carefully cleaned the dirt and leaves off of Jenna's tomb. Jenna had always been kind to her growing up, more like a big sister than a friend's aunt.
Caroline remembered the many times that Jenna had babysat Elena and herself. Her father lived far away and her mother worked long hours as a police officer. Caroline was often lonely as a child, and often in need of a babysitter. Jenna was often that babysitter and as an added bonus she would often bring Elena over as well. Jenna hadn't spent all her time talking to boyfriends the way most babysitters did. She made a real effort to be a friend to Elena and Caroline and play with them.
The tomb was so dirty. Caroline began to cry as she cleaned the gravestone. Jenna deserved better this, better than lying cold and dead beneath the dirt and this filthy stupid gravestone.

| He looked at him. And slowly begun to think he was either a werewolf, or Klaus. Vampires were incapable of sensing Other vampires, or werewolves, werewolves were the only species that can smell both vampires and werewolves. And it seemed Hybrids did the same. However his scent was of he looked at him and spoke."You must be the Famous Klaus, Lovely to meet you mate." He said slowly with a self centered, high pride cocky voice."I've fought one of your Hybrids can't say I've won, my first match I ever lost. It's pretty great that you have made this race over supplier superhuman killing machines? What's the Catch, I mean there must be a reason why? Taken over the entire world as well as the government?" He asked him slowly. |

| Klaus's ears pricked at the sound of crying. He knew who they were coming from, but he couldn't just lead this man to her. Who know who he was or what he wanted."Yes im Klaus and I am not your mate. We've barely met." He said narrowing his eyes on the man before him.
"Back in my day people fought till the death. I think the times and traditions have gone soft." Slowly he began to roll up his sleeves, being careful not to crease the fabric. It would not look good walking around with creases on his sleeves. He liked to set a good example out in public.
"There is no catch. Even if there were, what reason would i have to let you in on my plans?"

| He looked at him. He too hear noises."Your folk?" He asked Klaus. He then looked at him and spoke."Shouldn't we go check it out? I mean what if someone hurt?" he asked him slowly before he turned his words towards him and spoke as the man had rollen his sleeves up." Tell me Klaus. What might I have to do to become one of these, Hybrids? Jump over a roof, bride, go into a fire? Throw pixy dust over and make myself fly. Trust me I can try to fly, might not fail." HE gave a half assed laughing hoping he was funny. |

| He turned to look over his shoulder and frowned. "Yes she belongs to me but she's not hurt. Not the way you're thinking anyway." He said simply before looking back at the man before him.
"I make hybrids built on people I can trust. You don't strike me as someone I can trust. Especially not after your febal attempt to make me laugh." slowly he began to circle him, sizing him up.

| He looked at him."Err, I was not trying make you Laugh. Regardless I guess this meeting is over and I can Leave." He said slowly towards Klaus. Waiting for a reply, he was ready for an attack from Klaus, though he doubted he'll hold him off.

| "When you get to my age, when you've seen everything there is to see. Not alot can make you laugh." He said the slight tone of bitterness in his tone only just visible.
He gave him a nod. "You can leave here alive if you go and don't turn back." He said narrowing his eyes. His thoughts were purely on Caroline now. He knew she xould handle herself but he was not about to trust someone he didn't know around her.

| Finally satisfied that the gravestone was clean, Caroline carefully placed fresh flowers on the tomb and picked up the old, wilted flowers. It suddenly occurred to her that she should have brought a small trash-bag to hold the old flowers. With nowhere else to store them, she put them in her purse.
With a heavy sigh, she walked to her car, her shoulders slumped. She fished around in her purse for her keys. The purse had already been cluttered before she put the old flowers in it, and now was an absolute mess. She rooted around, grabbing randomly.
She found lipstick, looking partly melted. Mental note, don't buy cheap lipstick just because it's on sale. Expensive is expensive for a reason.
She found a dusty box of condoms. Mental note, check up on Tyler, see how he's doing.
She found a small flask of mead. Mental note, brew more mead. It helped with the blood cravings, and tasted better than any store-bought alcohol.
Bubble-gum, movie-ticket-stub, where the hell were her keys?
