He didn't want to touch her now, he didn't know if she could deal with it. Instead he just sat there and put his arm around the back of the couch and leaned back. It was probably better off that she not be all over him, because of James.

Bonnie leaned back and thought about his words. she didn't have all the time in the world though. She was only human, or mostly human. After all. She slowly slipped to sleep and felt her head fall to the side and land on Jordan's shoulder.

He didn't hear her speaking, but when he looked back - she was on his shoulder, falling asleep. He gently grabbed her and moved her head to his lap, laying a pillow there - so she could lay down and be comfortable. He ran his fingers through her hair to soothe her while she slept, and he turned the TV down. The news was ridiculous, so he changed the channel to a random one - it had some odd comedy on it, but he was willing to watch it.
