As a citizen of Mystic Falls Virginia, you will create your character and start out here. Either sign up as a canon, or play a newcomer to the small town.. Make friends, make enemies, be a protagonist or an antagonist. It's all up to you, play yourself (as a human...duhr) or anyone else.

| Lexi was walking down the sidewalk, taking a leisurely stroll to The Grill. It was a crisp fall day and the sun was shining brightly. Yep, that's right. The sun. Lexi couldn't help the smile on her face. The sun was warm while the air around her was cool. Such an amazing sensation. One she hadn't experienced in over 300 years.
The perky blond vampire/whatever had no idea what had happened to bring her back like this, but she wasn't about to look a gift horse in the mouth. Sure, there were some issues that came along with it. She was pretty sure there would be things she would have to deal with.
None of that mattered right now. She had figured out how to survive and enjoy life as a vampire for centuries and she was determined to continue on in whatever form she was now. Hell, she was taking a walk in the sun for Christ sake. How could she not be happy.
Arriving at the Mystic Falls Grill she pulled open the front door. The normal sounds of the lunch crowd were in full swing. Voices in conversation, laughter, the clatter of dishes. She took it all in as she headed to the bar.
Pulling out a bar stool she sat down and waited for the bartender to come over. She gave him a bright smile.
"I'd like to order a bacon cheeseburger with fries and a Dr. Pepper. Oh... but let's start with a couple shots of tequila just to keep things interesting."
The man gave her a little grin and nodded his head before he headed over to place her food order and bring her drinks. Lexi turned around to survey the crowded restaurant. It was a brand new world to her. Now, what was she going to do with it?

| Sage gave a small sigh. The anniversary was coming up. Why anyone referred to something like that as an anniversary astounded her. She called it the mourning; the day her parents died. The police said that they must have been distracted by something and swerved the car. It crashed over the railings on the side of the road and flipped down into the forest surrounding it. She didn't believe that it was a normal crash, though. It sounded a little too...supernatural.
Trying to clear her thoughts, Sage pushed open the door to the Mystic Grill. She questioned why she came during rush hour lunch. She weaved her way through the crowds of people to the bar. Leaning over, she spoke quickly to the barman:
"Curly fries and a Coke, please. Actually, make that two orders of curly fries."
She watched the barman give a nod and walk off. Pulling back, her arm brushed against a girl sitting there and she immediately recoiled.
"Who are you? WHAT are you?" she fiercely whispered. |
