I looks like a younger version of his brother Elijah. He as dark brown hair and matching dark brown eyes. He's tall and has a toned body. He normally has a devilish smile on his handsome face.
Personality: Kol is extremely mischievous, he seems crazy and is malevolent. Basically Kol is a mix between Elijah and his half-brother Klaus. He is a gentleman and formal like Elijah. At the drop of a hat he becomes more like Klaus and becomes direct and rude. When "playing" with his family he shows anxiety, excitement and of course cruelty. He enjoys making fun of his siblings mainly Klaus and his sister Rebekah. While teasing his siblings he is direct, funny and he is sincere. (Kind of like an Original version of Damon)
Brief History: Klaus daggered him in the early 1900's. (don't know why) Klaus has carted him around in his coffin the whole time he was daggered. When Klaus got his family back from Stefan he undaggered him and was going to stake Elijah with it. Elijah mentioned about dealing with him and Klaus plunged the dagger back into Kol's chest. Elijah says he's going with Damon to get the last coffin but comes back with all the daggers from his siblings. After being undaggered Kol and his other siblings daggered Klaus until their mother Esther shows up. At the ball Kol and Rebekah planned on hurting Matt (or was it kill) to get even with Elena. Rebekah backed out and Kol tried to do it anyway. Damon snapped his neck causing a scene in front of all the Originals.
Other: (I think he was daggered by the time Rebekah turned Ravyn so I was thinking that Rebekah woke him up for a little while to meet her, then Klaus daggered him again. (Its up to you!) ) See's Ravyn as family even though she isn't. Thinks of her as a female version of himself.
