Personality: Him being a witch brings with it, loyalty to his own kind (witches), called the Code of Loyalty, to protect his own before anyone else. Being a fairly powerful Warlock/witch brings a little bit of cockiness to him, and can sometimes make him exhaust from overusing his magic.
Brief History: Damion's ancestors used to reside in Salem, practicing without trying to hide their powers, but as a few of them began dieing off, they decided to come over to the new world along with some others and begin their new lives there. Damion resided just outside of Mystic Falls his whole life, only rolling into town a few times every year for some of the gatherings and such. As his powers began manifesting, his father instructed him on how to practice, their family's grimoire, and some spells that his father memorized. Since turning 18, his father and him moved to mystic falls after his mothers death that was caused by an unknown source, but they somehow knew it was witchcraft.
