I hug her...My dad came to town i have to go pick him up...i'll see you soon. I say looking at her body one more time

I smile softly and release him. Okay As he walks out the door I blur upstairs and pull on dark jeans and a black tank top before blurring back downstairs. I sit on the couch and cross my legs. I take a sip of bourbon and think. I don't usually go for witches. I'm not a fan of witchcraft, but I don't know. Baine might be different.

I was with my father he was lecturing me about being a witch and our duties to nature and the spirits....Man he'd flip if he knew just how involved with a hybrid I was....
Look dad I appreciate you coming all this way wanting me to come back and do my part for the coven but im not going to be a slave to the spirits... im not going dark i'll just keep the little power I have now... i have met a great woman and i am starting something new so if you'd excuse me i have a phone call to make. I say getting up from the dinner table.

I pull out my phone and call Katherine.....

I groan. Baine, Primo came over. He wouldn't leave me alone. He shut up when I told him he could have one date. Baine, we rushed into being together. You're nice and all, but I'm not completely over Primo. If you really care about him, you'll let it go. I'm sorry. I shake my head slowly.

I shake my head. Yes, he does. He's pissed but evidently he loves me too much to get mad. Baine, all we did was have sex. We don't know anything about each other. You were buzzed. I was vulnerable. I sigh. He's annoying.

You know what Kat... i understand... you were vulnerable... I just want to stay friends... and I know Roman probably hates me but maybe we can all meet up at the grill sometime and just talk... i don't want this to become a big deal... we are all adults im sure we can work this out. I couldn't blame her... she was vulnerable and i was lost in lust but she is a wonderful woman and I do want her... but i have to do the honorable thing..., im not that guy and i have to respect her feelings besides she hasn't made a choice yet.

So we'll see each other another time Kat...at the gril is that ok.
